About the Role

We are hiring Fundraising Executives for both:

Telecalling Fundraising

Face-to-Face Fundraising

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate our work to potential supporters, build genuine relationships and encourage people to contribute towards our ongoing initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, relationship building and social-impact work.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential donors through telephone calls and explain our ongoing initiatives.
- Interact with individuals face-to-face and introduce them to the Foundation's work.
- Clearly communicate how donor support contributes to our projects.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors.
- Generate fundraising leads and convert genuine prospects into supporters.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested donors.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and donor commitments.
- Work towards individual and team fundraising targets.
- Participate in fundraising campaigns, outreach activities and donor-engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the fundraising and operations teams.
- Represent Dashrath Putra Foundation with professionalism, honesty and respect.

Compensation

Salary + performance-based incentives
