Overview:

Health Within Reach Foundation (HWRF) is seeking a dedicated Doctor to support its mobile healthcare initiatives, including the Women’s Cancer Screening Van and Mobile Polyclinics in Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with qualifications such as BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or other allied health degrees who are passionate about preventive care and community health delivery at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction & Counseling:

- Conduct general health assessments and pre/post-screening counseling for women undergoing mammography, oral, and cervical screening.
- Provide guidance on lifestyle, hygiene, reproductive health, and disease prevention.

Community Engagement:

- Collaborate with outreach teams to support awareness campaigns.
- Participate in health education sessions in community spaces, schools, and women’s groups.

Medical Support & Coordination:

- Assist nurses, technicians, and physicians in patient care during health camps.
- Facilitate telemedicine consultations with specialists.
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols and hygiene standards inside the mobile units.





Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate digital health records using EMR systems.
- Support follow-ups for patients requiring additional care or referrals.

Qualifications:

- Degree in BAMS or BHMS.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical practice or community healthcare.
- Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Comfortable with field-based work and operating within mobile medical setups.
- Familiarity with basic digital tools and healthcare documentation systems.

Field Requirement:

- 75% travel including visits to urban slums, rural areas, and community sites.
- Minimum 48-hour work week.

Experience:

- Total work: 2 years (Required)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
