We are looking for a Dispatch Officer to coordinate and monitor daily dispatch and delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch, accurate documentation, vehicle coordination, and smooth communication between the warehouse, drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery notes, and related records.
- Coordinate with drivers and arrange vehicles as per delivery requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and loading teams for timely dispatch.
- Verify the quantity and details of goods before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
- Handle delivery delays, route changes, shortages, and other issues.
- Ensure all required documents are available with each shipment.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding deliveries.
- Prepare daily and weekly dispatch reports.
- Follow company safety, security, and operational procedures.

Experience Required
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Freshers may be considered based on skills and suitability.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
