Role Description The Distributor & Marketing Person – AKK Spices role at AKK is a full-time, on-site position based in Samastipur. The role involves building and managing a local distribution network, including identifying and onboarding retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.

The person in this role will promote AKK Spices through field visits, product demonstrations, and relationship-building with trade partners and customers. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with the production and packaging teams, ensuring timely delivery, and collecting market feedback.



The role also includes planning and executing local marketing activities, supporting brand visibility campaigns, and sharing regular sales and performance reports with management.

Qualifications

- Experience in FMCG or spices distribution, including managing retailer and wholesaler relationships.
- Strong sales and marketing abilities, with skills in field promotion, trade marketing, and basic brand communication.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and handling logistics at the local level.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet sales targets, and manage time and territory effectively.
- Comfortable using mobile apps or simple digital tools for reporting and communication.
- Prior experience in Samastipur or surrounding areas and understanding of local markets is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; a graduate degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi; basic English communication skills are a plus.
