Job Purpose To manage the day-to-day dispatch operations of textile and garment products, ensuring accurate order processing, proper documentation, timely shipment, inventory coordination, and smooth delivery to stores, dealers, distributors, and customers.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of dispatch, warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience in textile, garment, retail, wholesale or FMCG industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and dispatch documentation.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good numerical and data-handling ability.




- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily dispatch deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics or supply-chain operations.
- Candidates from Textile, Garments, Apparel, Retail, Wholesale or FMCG industries preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume dispatches to multiple stores/dealers will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of ERP + MS Excel is preferred.
