Role Description The Dispatch Supervisor role at SPUN MICRO-PROCESSING is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, including scheduling, assigning, and monitoring dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

The Dispatch

Supervisor coordinates with internal teams and external partners, manages dispatch staff, and ensures adherence to relevant regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include tracking dispatch performance, resolving service and scheduling issues, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports on operational metrics.



The role also involves coaching and guiding team members, optimizing routes and workflows, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload management, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with dispatching operations, including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations or similar transportation and safety standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Proficiency with dispatch or scheduling software, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and solve operational problems quickly.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a focus on accuracy in documentation.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
- Diploma or degree in business, logistics, operations management, or a related discipline is beneficial.
