Support dispatch operations for a growing transformer manufacturer, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate dispatch of transformers as per production timelines
- Coordinate with production, quality, and packing teams for dispatch readiness
- Prepare dispatch documents — delivery challans, gate passes, e-way bills, LR copies
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely pickup and delivery
- Ensure secure loading of heavy/oversized cargo as per safety norms
- Maintain dispatch records and update tracking systems
- Assist in resolving dispatch delays and customer queries

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Logistics/Supply Chain)
- 2–4 years' experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of e-way bills and basic logistics documentation
