Digital Marketing Trainee (Kallambalam & Pothencode)

Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills/stipend)

​About the Role

​G-TEC Computer Education is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our growing team across our Kallambalam and Pothencode centers.

​This is a hands-on learning and execution role where you will work on real campaigns, manage social media presence, generate student leads, and promote our wide range of professional training programs.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- ​Lead Generation: Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate inquiries and admissions for various courses.
- ​Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design visual assets using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for social posts, flyers, and banners.
- ​SEO & Google Business Profile: Maintain and update local SEO profiles (Google Maps/Reviews) for both the Kallambalam and Pothencode branches.
- ​Paid Campaigns: Assist in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for student recruitment campaigns.
- ​Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement, lead conversion metrics, and campaign performance weekly.





​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Education: Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or any related field (Freshers welcome!).
- ​Skills:
- ​Fundamental understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- ​Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop).
- ​Good verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- ​Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus.
- ​Traits: Proactive, willing to learn, creative, and goal-oriented.
