Our real estate portfolio includes Bungalows, Residential Flats, Land Plots and Studio Apartments, along with Domestic and Commercial Real Estate opportunities.

We are currently developing one of the largest logistics hubs on Durgapur Expressway, Dankuni, creating exciting opportunities for business growth and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute Digital Marketing Strategies for real estate projects and brand promotion.
- Plan and manage Lead Generation Campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create,



manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and coordinate engaging social media content, creatives, reels, videos and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, leads, conversions, ROI and other key marketing KPIs.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Handle basic SEO, website content optimization and online property listings.
- Prepare regular Digital Marketing Performance Reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Identify new digital channels, trends and marketing tools to improve overall campaign performance.
- Stay updated with Google/Meta algorithm changes, digital trends and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements :

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Professional Degree / Certification / Course in Digital Marketing is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Candidates with Real Estate Digital Marketing experience will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Meta Ads / Facebook Ads

- Content Marketing

- Conversion & Campaign Optimization
- Good communication, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of digital campaign metrics and performance analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar creative/design tools will be an added advantage.
- Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented with a strong professional mindset.
