About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven, in office Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to lead our multi-channel growth initiatives. In this role, you will drive demand generation, manage performance marketing campaigns, optimize our SEO/SEM efforts, and build awareness for our web, ERP, and AI service offerings.

Key Responsibilities- Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and manage targeted B2B/B2C ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified leads.

- SEO & Inbound Lead Gen: Conduct keyword research, execute technical/on-page SEO strategies, and optimize site content to boost organic visibility for tech and software solutions.




- Content & Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with internal designers and developers to create messaging, case studies, and campaign copy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other key networks.
- Email & Funnel Automation: Design and execute targeted email nurtures using CRM automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or Odoo).
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics using GA4; transform campaign performance data into actionable growth strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience (B2B tech or digital agency background preferred).

- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable translating complex technology features into clear benefit-driven campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for copywriting and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
