About the Role

Adzguru Exports LLP is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer with a strong foundation in SEO to join our Kolkata team. The ideal candidate will lead organic search strategy while also managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Bing, and stay ahead of the curve with emerging search paradigms like AEO and GEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights
- Stay current with SEO best practices as well as emerging areas like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content research, keyword mapping, campaign optimization,



and reporting
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align marketing strategy with SEO/SEM goals
- Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategy accordingly

Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads campaign setup and optimization
- Understanding of AEO and GEO concepts and how they're reshaping search visibility
- Comfortable using AI-based tools for marketing, research, or content workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in an onsite, quick-paced environment
