Own how RNF Technologies gets found, by people searching and by the AI engines they now ask instead.

Role

Search is changing under everyone, and we want someone building for both worlds at once: the classic organic channel and the answer engines that increasingly sit in front of it. You will own demand generation for RNF Technologies, from technical SEO and AI engine optimization to content and paid, and you will work with the same engineers who build for clients, so your campaigns stay grounded in what we actually do.

Responsibilities

- Own the marketing funnel, from organic and AI-engine visibility through paid and into qualified pipeline.

- Run technical and content SEO, and build the structured data and content that gets us cited by AI answer engines.

- Plan and edit a content program with subject-matter engineers, so what we publish is accurate and ranks.

- Manage paid search and social campaigns to a cost-per-lead target, and kill what does not work without sentiment.

- Own analytics end to end: GA4, Search Console and attribution that the business actually trusts.

- Work with business development so the leads you generate are the leads they can close.

Requirements

- 4 to 7 years in digital marketing for B2B or technology services, with results you measured and can defend.

- Deep, current SEO skill,



including technical SEO, and a real point of view on AI search and how to win citations.

- Hands-on with GA4, Google Search Console and at least one paid platform you have managed to a number.

- Editorial judgement: you can brief, edit and ship content that is genuinely useful, not filler.

- Comfort owning a target and reporting on it honestly, including the months it did not move.

Nice to have

- Experience marketing AI, developer or data products to a technical audience.

- Familiarity with SEMrush, schema markup and marketing automation in HubSpot.

- Some hands-on comfort with HTML and how a site is actually built.
