Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Our client is a premium travel & lifestyle bag brand, scaling fast across their own store, marketplaces and offline , and they run an AI-native team. This role owns our client’s digital growth: you’ll run performance marketing end to end on Meta and Google, scale spend against ROAS / CAC, and find the next channels beyond them.

Hands-on and high-ownership , you live in the ad accounts and the data.

What You’ll Own

Meta & Google

- Day-to-day media buying and optimisation across Search, Shopping / PMax, Demand Gen and paid social; scale spend to blended ROAS / CAC targets.

Tracking & Attribution

- Keep pixels, Conversions API, UTMs and GA4 clean, so every decision runs on numbers you trust.

Creative & Testing

- Brief, judge and iterate ad creative on a constant test cadence , kill losers, scale winners; know how paid and organic feed each other.

Recent Channels





- Find and test growth beyond Meta & Google , influencer / affiliate, WhatsApp / CRM, marketplace ads, SEO, retention.

Reporting & Solutioning

- Own the growth dashboard and weekly numbers (spend, ROAS, CAC, contribution); clinical, first-principles problem-solving, using AI to move faster.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- 3–4 years in paid performance marketing for D2C / e-commerce (must-have), with hands-on daily ownership of Meta and Google Ads at meaningful spend, and a record of scaling spend while holding ROAS / CAC.
- Fashion & lifestyle brand a bonus.

Tools

- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Sheets
- Shopify, GTM, Looker Studio and an attribution tool a plus
- AI tools for creative & analysis a bonus
