Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing activities and gain practical experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation, and online brand promotion.

The intern will work with the marketing team and assist with day-to-day digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media platforms and marketing activities.
- Create and coordinate social media content for real estate properties.
- Support content planning for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Assist with property-related posts, creatives, captions, and promotional content.
- Support digital campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist with website and online property content when required.
- Track marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for marketing requirements.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and platforms.

Stipend & Incentives

- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided over and above the monthly stipend.
- Incentive eligibility will be based on assigned targets and individual performance.
- Eligible incentives will be calculated for the applicable performance period and paid along with the respective monthly payout, as per company policy.

Full-Time Chance Based on performance during the internship, selected candidates may be considered for a full-time position with Zorba Estates after successful completion of the internship.
