Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote The Key’s residential and commercial real estate offerings, including leasing, sales, and investment advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating engaging web content, optimizing online listings, and coordinating digital outreach to generate qualified leads.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will monitor and analyze web and campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance brand visibility and lead conversion. Collaboration with sales, leasing, and advisory teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing support across all projects.Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning and brand promotion in real estate or related sectors.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage platforms, grow audience engagement, and drive lead generation.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to develop accurate, compelling property descriptions, blogs, and digital collateral.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in real estate marketing, local Pune market knowledge, and familiarity with CRM or listing platforms are advantageous.
- Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., social media management platforms, basic graphic design tools) and a detail-oriented, results-focused approach is preferred.
