Square Radius is a creative production and brand studio working across content, campaigns, digital experiences and visual communication.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Social & Performance to join our team full-time.

The role is ideal for someone who understands both sides of digital marketing — building strong social presence organically and using paid media to drive measurable results. You should be comfortable working closely with creative, content and client teams and turning ideas into effective digital campaigns.

What You'll Do

- Develop and manage social media strategies for brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with the creative and content teams.
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing, engagement and community management.
- Develop and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on relevant KPIs.
- Research audiences, competitors, trends and digital opportunities.
- Translate creative concepts and brand objectives into digital campaigns and content ideas.
- Work with designers, photographers, filmmakers and content creators to develop platform-specific content.
- Track and analyse social and campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support SEO, website content and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging social platforms, digital trends, tools and AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or a related role.




- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and audience behaviour.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars and social media strategies.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign reporting.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with creative and production teams.
- A creative mindset with the ability to understand brand language and visual communication.
- Good command of written English.

Good to Have

- Experience working with a creative, advertising, branding, production or digital agency.
- Basic understanding of SEO and GA4.
- Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns.
- Understanding of influencer/content creator campaigns.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools used for content, research and digital marketing.
