Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media, paid advertising, and content creation activities. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating quality leads, and improving digital engagement through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan and publish posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and promotional content.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, engagement, and competitor activities.
- Increase social media reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

2. Google & Meta Ads

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Run campaigns for course promotions, lead generation, admissions, and brand awareness.
- Perform audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Optimize campaign budgets to achieve better lead quality and conversion.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.

3. Content Creation

- Develop creative content related to education, technology, courses, careers, and student success.
- Create engaging captions, headlines, hooks, promotional copy, and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Content Creators for visual and video content.
- Identify trending content ideas suitable for the EdTech audience.
- Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms.

4. Lead Generation & Analytics





- Generate leads through paid campaigns and organic social media activities.
- Track lead sources and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Admissions team to improve lead conversion.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend improvements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.

Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Canva or basic graphic design knowledge is an advantage.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management preferred.
- Experience in EdTech/Education/Training will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile A creative, proactive, and target-oriented digital marketer who can independently manage social media, paid advertising, and content activities while using data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
