The Role

Elite Butlers is looking for a smart, creative and hands-on Digital Growth Executive to take ownership of our digital presence across multiple websites, social media platforms and content initiatives. We are not looking for someone who only schedules posts or makes creatives.

We need a solid storyteller who can understand our business, identify content opportunities and turn our everyday work, luxury staffing, events, training, client experiences, Hospitality Diaries and industry knowledge, into high-quality digital content that builds brand visibility, engagement and business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the monthly content and digital growth calendar.
- Manage content direction across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Write strong LinkedIn posts, captions, blogs, case studies and website content.
- Convert existing photos, videos, events and training material into engaging reels, carousels and stories.
- Build founder and company thought-leadership content.
- Coordinate content and updates across our India, UAE and Global websites, with more digital properties planned.




- Work closely with our SEO agency to improve organic traffic, priority keyword rankings and Page-1 visibility.
- Track website performance, Google Search Console, analytics and keyword movement.
- Drive Hospitality Diaries content, topics, guest research, promotions and content repurposing.
- Support marketing of online/offline hospitality training programmes.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, SEO, designers, video editors and other teams to maintain one consistent brand direction.
- Track monthly performance across content, SEO, social growth, website traffic and digital enquiries.

What We're Looking For

- 5- 10 years of hands-on digital/content marketing experience.
- Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Good working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Comfortable with Canva, reels/video content, WordPress/CMS and AI tools.
- Ability to independently plan and execute content rather than wait for daily instructions.
- Strong eye for premium/luxury brand presentation.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, travel, events, premium real estate or similar sectors is preferred.
