We are looking for experienced Die Setter & Die Fitter professionals for our manufacturing unit in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for die setting, fitting, maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation of dies and production machinery.
Responsibilities
- Set and install dies on press machines as per production requirements.
- Perform die fitting, alignment, adjustment, and trial runs.
- Ensure proper die clearance, positioning, and accuracy.
- Carry out routine die maintenance and minor repairs.
- Identify and rectify die-related issues during production.
- Coordinate with production and tool-room teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain dies, tools, and equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow safety and quality procedures during die setting and fitting.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Die Setter / Die Fitter in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with press dies and tooling.
- Positive knowledge of die fitting, setting, alignment, and maintenance.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Experience in sheet metal / hardware manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
