Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Provide DevOps and deployment support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Manage and troubleshoot network-related issues and connectivity problems.
- Perform application/system debugging, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure service availability and stability.
- Handle general technical support and coordinate with relevant teams for complex issues.
- Follow operational procedures, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience for 5+ years in DevOps toolchains (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, AWS/Azure).
- Robust understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing, DNS).
- Exceptional log analysis and debugging skills across operating systems (Linux/Windows).
- Competency in a scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) for task automation.
- Proven problem-solving attitude with a quick response time for critical system incidents.
