Key Responsibilities:

- Application Development & Architecture • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC and Entity Framework Core • Architect and implement secure RESTful APIs using Web API • Define and drive system architecture and technical design decisions • Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

- Team Leadership & Delivery • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery • Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices

- Engineering Excellence • Implement SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and design patterns • Drive adoption of modern architectures such as microservices, CQRS, and event-driven systems • Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code practices





- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders

- Optimization & Problem Solving • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions • Optimize database queries and application performance • Ensure scalability and robustness of systems

What We’re Looking For Core Skills:

- Robust expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles
- Experience with SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
