- Must be B. Tech in Mechanical or
- Four year Advanced Diploma in Mechatronics & Industrial Automation.
- Must have Four Year of experience.
- Must have Good knowledge of 3D design in Solid works or Pro-E software.
- Must be able to convert design into 2D and 3D drawings/files for getting parts fabricated.
- Must have hands on experience 3D and 2D mechanical designs.
- Should have good knowledge maintaining records of files/parts.
- Must have Creative & Analytic mind for creating good designs.
- Must be dedicated and hardworking.
- Must be familiar with modern development techniques used in Medical devices and electronics industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Mechanical design of Device/Parts as per Design and Development Procedure.
- Create and maintain Design documents as per QMS requirements for new designs.
- Get the design stages/outputs approved as per procedure.
- Implementation of ISO 13485 Management System in the department.
- Maintain record of all changes during design stages.
- Update Project Plan as per project progress.
- Report progress to Project head periodically.
- Implementation and monitoring of 5S in the department.
- Provide input or initiate CAPA where required.
