Role & responsibilities responsible for the design, development, and engineering of Knife Gate Valves for industrial applications. The role involves creating creative and cost-effective designs, preparing engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting manufacturing and testing activities while meeting customer specifications and project timelines.
- Design and develop Knife Gate Valves based on customer specifications and applicable international standards.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Perform engineering calculations including pressure design, stress analysis, material selection, and tolerance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as MSS,
ASME, API, ISO, PED, and customer-specific requirements.
Preferred candidate profile BE/BTECH (MECH) with exp Design of knife Gate valves /
- Experience in industrial valve manufacturing is mandatory.
- Exposure to slurry service, mining, power, water treatment, pulp & paper, cement, and process industries is preferred.
