Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Varanasi. The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions, including acne, eczema, infections, and other dermatologic concerns. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient examinations, recommending medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, overseeing treatment plans, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient records.

The role also involves counseling patients on skincare routines, post-procedure care, and preventive measures,



as well as collaborating with clinic staff to maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and patient experience. The Dermatologist is expected to stay current with clinical guidelines and advancements in dermatology and cosmetology to support best-in-class care.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions.
- Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Clinical experience in managing Acne and related dermatologic disorders using evidence-based protocols.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology (MD or equivalent) and valid medical license to practice.
- Excellent patient communication skills, with a focus on empathy, education, and informed consent.
- Attention to detail, strong clinical documentation skills, and commitment to infection control and clinical safety standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinic staff and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.
