Role: Deputy Manager Operations

Role Purpose

Lead frontline operations and associates to deliver safe, effective, high-quality, and customer-focused performance . Drive daily execution against volume, productivity, SLA, and quality targets while building a strong performance and continuous-improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage frontline operations and associates.
- Drive daily volume, productivity, SLA, and quality performance.
- Plan manpower, rosters, shifts, and resource utilization.
- Monitor operational metrics and implement timely corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to Amazon SOPs, safety, quality, and process standards .
- Drive Kaizen, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives .
- Manage operational escalations, peak-period execution, and business contingencies.
- Partner with HR, RME, IT, Transportation ,



and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Coach, develop, and engage team members while building a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for process and people improvement.
