Project Role Description :Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary

As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to ensure that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as scheduled. You will manage work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while also overseeing training and pilot programs.

Your role will require you to monitor and control the progress of the deployment plan, ensuring that all interdependencies are effectively managed and that the project remains on track to meet its objectives.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with deployment activities.
