- Reception

- Patient Greeting: Welcome patients warmly, manage check-ins, and ensure a comfortable waiting area experience.

- Scheduling: Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails to book, confirm, or reschedule appointments efficiently.

- Billing &
- Payments:

Process consultation/treatment fees, issue invoices, and manage basic daily collection reports.

- Record Management: Register current patients and update digital medical histories with strict confidentiality.

Clinical &

- Dental Assisting

- Chairside Support: Assist the dentist during treatments by handing over instruments and ensuring patient comfort.

- Room Preparation: Clean, sterilize, and set up treatment rooms and dental equipment before and after every procedure.

- Infection Control: Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols across all clinical areas.

- Inventory &




- Lab Support:

Restock clinical supplies and coordinate with external dental laboratories for case deliveries.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent;

certification in dental assisting or front-office administration is a plus.

- Experience: Prior experience in a dental clinic, healthcare environment, or customer service role is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong communication and active listening abilities.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with dental practice management software.

- Calm demeanor under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
