About Demystify Systems

We're a Bengaluru software company building business software that Indian companies run on every day — Finocket for ERP, GST, compliance and CRM, and ashr.work for HR and payroll. All live. Open them and check.

We run the company on a governed AI workforce. AI does the research, drafting, design and analysis. There is no data entry here. We train people for the part AI can't do: understanding what a customer actually needs, and delivering it.

About the programme

Demystify Growth Partners is our founding cohort of 25. You'll take the Demystify suite to real Indian businesses and own the customer end to end — finding them, winning them, onboarding them, keeping them.

Two seats in. One cohort. Over six months, both train together on how an end-to-end software business works. By the finish, one partner can run the whole thing — with AI agents as their team.

Two seats

Technology — engineering grads (B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA). You start on the full roadmap: development, testing, deployment, customer setup and data migration, and the path to forward-deployed engineer. Live software, next to the CTO.

Business — any degree (BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, BMS, hospitality). You start on the full commercial cycle: market research, outreach, demos, closing, onboarding, support, digital marketing, and building the AI workflows that remove repetitive work.

Compensation

No fixed salary. 10–30% commission on SaaS subscriptions and up to 70% on implementation earnings,



paid monthly from day one. Flat structure — no downlines, not an MLM.

Selection Apply → entrance exam (conducted through Miatz) → interview → final selection → onboarding on the Miatz platform.

You'll do well here if you

- Have done something nobody asked you to — sold something, freelanced, run a college fest, helped in a family business, or built something of your own
- Can explain things clearly to people who don't share your background
- Have used ChatGPT, Claude or similar for real work, not just assignments
- Speak Kannada, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu alongside English (a plus)
- Take ownership of your own learning and chase things down without being reminded twice
- Can start immediately and have your own laptop

Who this isn't for If you want a title, a certificate and a quiet six months, this isn't it. The team is small, there's nowhere to hide, and your progress is visible from day one.

Eligibility

2025 and 2026 pass-outs, and final-years graduating now. Backlogs are fine. A marksheet has never told us much.
