Main Job Responsibilities

- Generate and analyze amazon (FBA) replenishment reports to assess inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend appropriate replenishment strategies. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Check current stock levels and determine new restocks required for different products.
- Develop and maintain restock reports to monitor stock levels, identify potential stockouts, and trigger timely replenishment actions. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and avoid disruptions in supply.
- Manage purchase orders data and keep track of incoming shipments.
- Analyze advertising campaign performance data to evaluate the impact on demand and sales. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize advertising spend and align marketing efforts with supply chain capabilities.
- Utilize Zoho and Google Sheets platforms to track and analyze POS data. Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with sales teams to align supply with customer demand.
- Maintain and update the Zoho order sheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on customer orders, shipment tracking, and delivery status. Collaborate with the customer service team to address any order-related issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- End-to-end coordination with the relevant team starting from planning the order to receiving it at the warehouse.
- Prepare and keep a track of forecasts and analyze deviations from actual sales for the period.




- Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and write business e-mails as per the requirements.
- Analyze trends and variance.
- Manage the monthly data upload process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the supply chain systems.

Other Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in E-commerce Purchasing and Supply Chain including preparing projections, etc.
3. Proficiency in using supply chain management tools and software, including Zoho, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management principles, and demand forecasting techniques.
7. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Good knowledge of writing Business e-mails.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proven experience as a production planner.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in E-commerce Production and Supply Chain, including forecasting and projections.
- Working knowledge of inventory processes (Purchase, warehouse transfer, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.

Valuable to Have Skills:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, QUERY, and IMPORTRANGE.
- Familiarity with inventory management and replenishment processes.

- Location: Remote.
- Shift Timing: 5 pm to 2:30 am.
- Languages Known: English and Hindi.
