Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead – Saviynt IGA to lead Identity Governance and Administration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Saviynt IGA , along with expertise in implementation, access governance, lifecycle management, application onboarding and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation and enhancement of Saviynt IGA solutions.
- Plan and deploy new initiatives, enhancements and functionalities within Saviynt.
- Lead and manage a team of Saviynt engineers and track project activities.
- Implement detective and corrective controls across IGA functionalities.
- Develop SOPs, processes and operational documentation.
- Plan and implement Least Privileged Access (LPA) initiatives.
- Automate reports and operational activities using scheduled jobs.
- Manage connected and disconnected application onboarding .
- Implement and manage access review and certification campaigns .
- Establish reconciliation processes for disconnected applications.
- Manage Birthright Provisioning and access approval workflows.
- Handle Active Directory group management and reconciliation processes.
- Manage Static Distribution Lists (DLs).
- Align Saviynt roles with least-privileged access principles.
- Manage monitoring, alerts and notifications.
- Implement lifecycle management for non-human accounts .
- Plan and execute Saviynt upgrades .




- Develop and maintain JSON configurations for lifecycle management activities.
- Work with PowerShell and Java scripting for automation and integrations.
- Identify issues, stabilize existing implementations and continuously enhance the IGA environment.
- Manage problem tickets, incidents, service requests and ITSM queues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–9 years of overall hands-on experience in IGA tools , with a minimum of 4 years of current Saviynt IGA experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA implementation and administration.
- Experience in Identity Governance, Access Governance and Lifecycle Management .
- Robust knowledge of access approval workflows and access certification campaigns.
- Experience with connected and disconnected application onboarding.
- Knowledge of Active Directory group management and reconciliation.
- Experience with Birthright Provisioning and role-based access.
- Knowledge of Least Privileged Access implementation.
- Hands-on experience with JSON, PowerShell and Java scripting .
- Experience managing non-human account lifecycle management .
- Strong ITSM, incident and problem-management experience.
- Excellent ownership, communication and team-management skills.
