We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with 10–14 years of experience in enterprise data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, advanced SQL, data governance, and data integration. Candidates must have strong domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise applications and data warehouse solutions.
- Define enterprise data architecture, data structures, and dimensional modeling strategies.
- Develop and maintain data models for data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based lakehouse platforms.
- Perform source-to-target mapping and support data integration initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Apply advanced SQL and relational database concepts to support enterprise data modeling.
- Use data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or similar platforms.
- Support data architecture and modeling initiatives across cloud platforms and enterprise data environments.

Required Skills





- 10–14 years of experience in Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
- Solid hands-on experience in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling.
- Expertise in Enterprise Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling.
- Advanced SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Target Mapping and Data Integration.
- Experience in data modeling for Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse environments.
- Hands-on experience with Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or similar data modeling tools.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Mandatory Domain Experience Candidates must have strong experience in either Insurance or Financial Services.

Insurance: Claims, FNOL, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Coverage, Premium/Rating, Reinsurance, Fraud, Customer 360, or related insurance domain projects.

Financial Services: Banking, Lending, Payments, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Risk, AML/KYC, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury, or related financial services projects.

Good to Have

- Experience with Data Vault modeling.
- Master Data Management (MDM).
- Collibra, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview.
- Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI data initiatives.
- Agile/Scrum experience.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹2,184,998.10 per month
