Accounts Data Entry Operator – Steel Manufacturing

We are looking for an Accounts Data Entry Operator to support day-to-day accounting, documentation and data entry activities at our steel manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payment transactions accurately in Tally/ERP.
- Enter and maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, GRNs, delivery challans and other accounting documents.
- Assist in maintaining vendor and customer ledgers.
- Perform basic ledger and data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in GST/TDS data preparation and documentation.
- Enter and maintain raw material, stores, production and dispatch-related data.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Sales and Commercial teams for required documents and information.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and accounting records.




- Prepare basic Excel reports and daily data summaries.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely updating of accounting records.
- Perform other data entry and accounting support activities as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts/data entry; manufacturing or steel industry experience preferred.
- Minimum qualification: B.Com
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting, GST and invoices.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a plant setting and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
