We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to join our diamond manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate production, inventory, stock movement, and diamond-related records in the company's software system.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update daily production and inventory data in the ERP/software system.
- Maintain accurate records of rough and polished diamonds, including quantity, carat weight, lots, and process status.
- Record inward and outward stock movements.
- Verify data, documents, and production records for accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Experience in the diamond, jewellery, gems, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
