Role - Data Engineer (Enterprise Data & Lakehouse) Senior Engineer
Experience 4-7yrs
Location Chennai/Kochi/Bangalore (Hybrid)
Notice Period - Immediate Joiners
Required Expertise The resources should have strong hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Strong experience with Apache Spark, including PySpark and Spark SQL.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Databricks Spark Declarative Pipelines (SDP).
- Experience designing and implementing metadata-driven ETL/ELT frameworks using Databricks and SDP.
- Good understanding and implementation experience with Structured Streaming, Materialized Views, and streaming/incremental data processing on Databricks
- Experience with Delta Lake and its capabilities, including schema evolution, incremental processing, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of ETL dependency management, orchestration, and pipeline parameterization.
- Experience with Databricks performance optimization, including Spark optimization, partitioning, and efficient data processing.
- Have Implementation knowledge of Workspace configuration, Compute/Cluster Configuration , Unity Catalogue Configuration , permissions and Policies
- Experience with CI/CD and Version control would also be an advantage.
