Job Summary

Innovate with Benchmark Gensuite as a Data Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

- Leading and coordinating analytics projects, working closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver customer-facing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools on Benchmark application data.

- Working with Customer Services and other stakeholders to understand requirements, finalize efforts, and provide inputs for proposal creation.

- Working with Application DEV and technical teams to define, validate, and optimize data models and data sources required for analytics and reporting solutions.

- Overseeing ongoing maintenance of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, quality, performance, and timely resolution of data-related concerns.

- Managing multiple analytics projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination of team resources.

- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members on SQL, data analysis, data visualization, Power BI, and data transformation.

- Identifying opportunities to improve existing analytics and reporting processes through automation, optimization, and improved data practices.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, with coursework in database management and computer-related training.

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics,



business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field.

- Must be able to clearly understand and articulate complex data analytics problems and independently drive effective solutions.

- Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries and working with large and complex datasets is mandatory.

- Experience with Python is an added advantage.

- Extensive background in data mining, statistical analysis, and deriving meaningful insights from data.

- Advanced skills in Power BI are mandatory.

Experience with Tableau is optional but will be considered an added advantage.

- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to customers, stakeholders, and senior management.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and mentor team members, with an interest in developing people management capabilities.

- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong commitment to results, responsiveness, ownership, and a clear sense of urgency.
