Role Overview

EYAMCO Global is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support its management team through accurate reporting, performance analysis, and interactive dashboards. Based at our Kozhikode office, you will work closely with finance, recruitment, HR, and operations teams to turn business data into clear insights that support planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, consolidate, and validate data from spreadsheets, ERP systems, recruitment platforms, and other business applications.
- Develop and maintain Excel reports and Power BI dashboards to monitor departmental and company performance.
- Track recruitment and manpower metrics, including candidate pipelines, placements, deployment status, turnaround times, and recruiter productivity.
- Analyse revenue, operating costs, profitability, outstanding receivables, and budget variances using information provided by the finance team.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, unusual transactions, and data inconsistencies, and present findings to the relevant teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, highlighting key results, exceptions, and recommended actions.
- Work with department heads to define KPIs, standardise reporting formats, and maintain consistent data definitions.




- Automate recurring reports and improve data collection processes to reduce manual work and reporting errors.
- Reconcile reports against source records and resolve discrepancies before submitting information to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate access controls when handling employee, candidate, client, and financial information.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, lookup functions, and Power Query.
- Practical experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard development, and DAX.
- Working knowledge of SQL for extracting, combining, and validating data.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational information and explain findings in explicit business terms.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership of reporting accuracy and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in recruitment, manpower services, staffing, or other service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or applicant tracking systems.
- Experience supporting overseas operations or working with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of AI, Python for data analysis or reporting automation would be an advantage.
