Role Description The Data Analyst Intern (Marketing) role is a full-time on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The intern will support the marketing team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing campaign and user data from various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing dashboards and reports, identifying trends and patterns in performance metrics, and assisting in building data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
The role also involves collaborating with marketers and designers to translate insights into actionable strategies and testing hypotheses through A/B experiments. This position offers hands-on exposure to marketing analytics tools, performance marketing workflows, and real-world business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and identify meaningful trends.
- Foundational knowledge of data analytics and data modeling for marketing or business use cases.
- Basic understanding of statistics, including descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing.
- Effective communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to analytics or BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong interest in performance marketing and ROI optimization.
