Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Project Operations, and Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (FO). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end implementation, solution design, business process consulting, and stakeholder management across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, D365 CE, and D365 FO solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design scalable business solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Configure and customize Project Operations, CE, and FO modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design Workshops, CRPs, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, architects, and project managers.
- Drive process improvements across project management, resource management, finance, and customer engagement functions.
- Provide functional specifications and support integration with third-party applications.
- Manage data migration, testing strategies, user training, and change management activities.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

- Project Accounting

- Strong understanding of Finance, Qualified Services, or Project-Based business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and client-facing consulting.
- Knowledge of integrations using Power Platform, Azure Services, APIs, and Dataverse.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Experience in global implementation projects.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
- Microsoft Certifications in D365 CE, Project Operations, or FO preferred.
