Role :-

Bake Fit’s go-to-market strategy is online-first: its own D2C website, quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket). The E-commerce & Marketplace Specialist Consultant is responsible for setting up, optimising and growing these channels so Bake Fit reaches customers as an affordable, easy-to-discover, easy-to-reorder everyday brand — not a niche premium product lost in a crowded category.

Scope Of Work :--

1. D2C Website & Subscription Setup

- Set up or optimise the Bake Fit D2C website (Shopify/WooCommerce), including payment gateway integration and local delivery logistics.
- Design and launch a subscription module for weekly/monthly bread and snack boxes, aligned with the product’s natural 5–7 day repurchase cycle.
- Implement basic conversion-rate optimisation: product pages, checkout flow, trust signals (nutrition claims, certifications).

2. Quick-Commerce Channel Management

- Lead onboarding and go-live on Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart for the home city, then replicate for each new city per the roadmap.
- Manage dark-store inventory placement and freshness-dated stock rotation in coordination with Operations.
- Own listing quality (titles, images, descriptions) and in-app visibility/search ranking on each platform.
- Track and optimise fill rate, stockouts,



and delivery SLAs specific to each quick-commerce partner.

3. Marketplace Management

- Onboard and manage Bake Fit’s storefronts on Amazon and Flipkart Grocery, and grocery-focused platforms such as BigBasket.
- Optimise product listings for marketplace SEO — keywords, A+ content/enhanced brand content, and category placement.
- Manage marketplace advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands) budgets in coordination with the marketing team.
- Handle marketplace account health: ratings, reviews, returns, and dispute resolution.

4. Pricing, Promotions & Catalogue Strategy

- Develop a channel-wise pricing strategy that keeps hero SKUs within 20–30% of mainstream bakery prices, per Bake Fit’s affordability positioning.
- Design combo packs, starter packs, and subscription discounts as the primary promotional levers — rather than deep one-time discounting.
- Plan seasonal catalogue campaigns (festive jaggery sweets, back-to-school tiffin range, Recent Year health-reset bundles).

5. Analytics, Reporting & Growth

- Build and maintain a channel-wise sales and performance dashboard: revenue, CAC, repeat rate, conversion rate, and channel mix.
- Report monthly on which channels are driving growth vs. which need intervention, with clear recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive on retargeting, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, and influencer-driven traffic into these channels.
- Own the online piece of new-city launch plans as Bake Fit expands per the 5-year roadmap.

Experience :--

- 3–6+ years of experience in D2C or e-commerce growth roles, ideally within FMCG, F&B;, or a comparable fast-moving consumer category.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Indian quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket).
- Track record of taking a brand from zero to a live, functioning multi-channel online presence.
- Comfortable working with Shopify/WooCommerce and marketplace seller dashboards directly, not just briefing an agency.
