Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with mandatory Tally knowledge to assist customers using Tally software. The candidate will handle customer queries, understand their requirements, provide software guidance, and resolve basic issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to Tally Software.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Guide customers on Tally Prime, accounting, GST, invoicing, billing, and reports.
- Provide support through calls, emails, and remote assistance.
- Explain software features and help customers use the software effectively.




- Troubleshoot basic software and Tally-related issues.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues

Requirements

- Tally knowledge is mandatory.
- Fresher years of experience in Tally, Accounting, Software Support, or Customer Support.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting.
- Understanding of GST and invoicing will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
