About the Role

Global Consulting (GC) is looking for Customer Support & Operations Associates to join our team in Mumbai.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for freshers who have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and, depending on their skills and aptitude, may get exposure to customer support, business operations, IT/project coordination, HR support and other internal functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with customers through email, phone and other channels.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow up on customer requests, issues and pending activities.
- Assist with day-to-day business and operational coordination.
- Maintain records, trackers, reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups and project-related activities.
- Learn and use internal business and IT systems.
- Support different departments based on business requirements.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with customers and team members.

Candidates from B.Com, BBA, BMS, BAF, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, BE, Hotel Management, Commerce, Arts, Science, Management and other educational backgrounds are welcome.
