About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive (1 - 2 Years of experience) to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, patient, proactive, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, or Consumer Brands is a plus.
