Role Overview

- Designation: Customer Support Executive
- Process: International Chat (E-commerce Seller Support)
- Location: Pune (In-Office)
- Up to ₹32.5 CTC/month + Performance Incentives
- Rotational Shifts (5.5 Days Working)
- Company-provided Cab Facility available
- Open to both Undergraduates & Graduates.

Eligibility

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process

✅ Seller Support experience is mandatory (from any industry/domain)

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Solid customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

✅ Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome to apply
