Kasplo is looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our growing team in Bangalore.

? Role: Customer Success Intern

? Location: Bangalore – On-site

? Internship Stipend: ₹15,000/month

⏳ Internship Duration: 3 Months

? Full time Opportunity: Performance-based conversion after the internship

? What You'll Do

Guide customers through onboarding, setup, and training

Assist customers with technical configurations such as SPF, DKIM & DMARC

Support CRM, CMS, and other platform integrations

Conduct product walkthroughs and customer training sessions

Help customers understand campaign performance, open rates, CTR, and deliverability

Resolve customer queries through email, chat, and calls

Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

Assist with campaign setup, segmentation, automation, and optimization

Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving onboarding processes, FAQs, and help documentation

? What We're Looking For





Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving abilities

Basic understanding of Email, WhatsApp & SMS marketing

Interest in SaaS, Customer Success, and retention marketing

Ability to manage multiple customers and timelines

Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRMs, or email marketing tools is a plus

Basic knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM & DMARC is an added advantage

Comfortable working from the Bangalore office
