We re looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer Intern who is passionate about technology and enjoys solving problems while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This internship is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, and SaaS. Throughout the program, you ll receive structured training, work on real customer scenarios, and develop the technical, communication, and problem-solving skills needed to support a global software platform.

Working alongside experienced Customer Solutions Engineers, you ll gradually take on greater responsibility as your product knowledge, technical expertise, and confidence grow.

WHAT YOU LL DO

- Build a strong understanding of Sapaad s unified commerce platform and how it helps restaurants operate more efficiently.
- Learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues through phone, email, live chat, and remote support.
- Assist customers with product-related questions while delivering a professional, friendly, and customer-centric experience.
- Learn to investigate issues, identify potential root causes, and document findings clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Participate in customer onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, webinars, and implementation activities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer guides, knowledge base articles, and internal documentation.
- Develop strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills by working on real customer cases.




- Take on increasing ownership of customer interactions and support responsibilities as your training progresses.

YOU RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU

- Have completed a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Are proficient in at least one regional Indian language (such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, or others).
- Enjoy interacting with people and solving problems.
- Are curious about technology and eager to learn new software products.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Have solid analytical thinking and enjoy troubleshooting challenges.
- Take ownership of your work and are receptive to feedback and continuous learning.
- Are comfortable conducting in office customer visits, deployments, and training sessions whenever required.
- Work well independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
