Qualifications

- Ability to deliver professional Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels.
- Experience in Customer Support roles, including handling inquiries, issue resolution,



and follow-up.
- Understanding of Customer Experience principles and commitment to a customer-first approach.
- Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar frontline service positions.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
- Comfort with using CRM, office productivity tools.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Prior experience in education, testing, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- Relevant degree, or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
