Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer interactions, improve customer satisfaction, and support sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and requests professionally.
- Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take appropriate action to resolve concerns.
- Make regular follow-up calls to customers regarding sales, service, and other requirements.




- Coordinate customer appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer follow-ups and activities.
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and updated in the CRM system.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 experience in CRM, customer service, sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
