Salary: ₹15000 – 18000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Summary The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, building relationships with prospective and existing patients, scheduling consultations, following up with leads, and supporting the overall patient journey from enquiry to treatment.
Key Responsibilities
· Understand patients' concerns and provide appropriate information about clinic services and treatments.
· Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and other channels.
· Respond promptly and professionally to prospective patient enquiries.
· Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations and appointments.
· Follow up with leads and patients regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective patients.
· Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, and appointment processes clearly.
· Coordinate with doctors, front-office staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
· Maintain accurate patient and lead information in the CRM/system.
· Track follow-ups, appointments, conversions, and pending leads.
· Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
· Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-friendly approach at all times.
