Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive – TELUGU is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves engaging with Telugu-speaking clients, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about BizMarg’s services. The executive will handle incoming and outbound calls, maintain accurate client records, and follow up regularly to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring that client needs are understood and met in a timely, professional manner. The role also requires gathering feedback,



contributing to process improvements, and supporting business relationship development with entrepreneurs and MSMEs.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on resolving queries and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Experience in client relations and business relationship management, including follow-ups, account handling, and long-term engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English, with the ability to explain services clearly and handle phone and in-person interactions.
- Ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or customer databases.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in services or startup/SME environments.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline or equivalent; additional training in customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a agile, entrepreneur-focused work environment.
