Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

SmartFin CFO is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support clients throughout their journey with the organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong and long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with clients regarding services, requirements, and pending activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Handle client feedback and escalate important concerns to the relevant team.
- Support business growth by identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and other office tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
